Returns & Exchanges

Promotional Products are usually not covered by guarantees due to customization, but thew RTOERO eStore is designed to servie districts and members. We accept returns with a written “intent to return” within 7 days of customer(s) receiving the product. Please email: ryan@scorepromotions.com with the order number in the subject line and provide a clear explanation for the reason of return (decoration isn’t correct, product is damaged etc.) You will be issued an RA form that needs to be completed and included in the return shipment.

 

Our fault? It’s on us.

If we are at fault in any way, we will refund or exchange 100% of your order.

 

Not our fault? We’ll work with you.

We don't usually accept returns when it's not our fault, but we do know mistakes happen. That's why we try to accommodate returns or exchanges whenever feasibly possible. The order must be returned in its entirety in the original packaging it was received in. It must be unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition. If these requirements are not satisfied Score Promotions reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund.
